Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. soft Cheddar spread
    1 tsp. white horseradish (may add more according to preference)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 oz. dry sherry
Preparation
    With a mixer, blend together cream cheese and butter.
    While mixing, blend in small amounts of Cheddar cheese spread.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Serve at room temperature with crackers.
