Microwave Rocky Road Candy(Makes About 2 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 Tbsp. half and half
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine chocolate
chips
and
half
and half in medium bowl. Microwave
at
Medium-high\t(70%) until chocolate chips are melted, 1
to
3
minutes,\tstirring
once during cooking. Stir in vanilla and remaining ingredients until coated.
Press into greased square baking dish, 8 x 8-inches.
Chill.
