Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cooked pie shell
Preparation

Pick and wash berries, pick out the solid ones and set aside. Mash the soft berries, set aside.
Mix sugar and cornstarch and stir into the soft, mashed strawberries.
Cook over low heat until thick and kind of clear looking.
Set aside.
Halve the firm berries into a cooked pie shell, pour the cooked mixture over them.
Let cool and serve with fresh whipped cream.
