Baked Pork Chops & Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    4 medium potatoes, uncooked (peeled and sliced)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (1-1/4 oz.) envelope Lipton Beef Flavor Mushroom Mix
    1-1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In large skillet, saute chops in shortening until browned on both sides; drain on paper towels. In buttered 2-qt. oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, onion, and browned pork chops. In small bowl, combine Lipton mix and water; pour over vegetables and meat. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
