Venison Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. venison, squared
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. lard
1 can mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 chopped onion
Preparation
-
Roll meat in flour and brown in skillet with lard.
Pour off most of the grease.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 6.
