Chili Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely chopped cabbage
1 can kidney beans
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
pinch of red pepper
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef, turkey or sausage, browned
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a bowl.
Place in a greased casserole dish and pour tomatoes over. (No additional liquid needed, cabbage cooks down.)
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes until cabbage is tender.
