Lemon Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter one 9-inch pie pan.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend at low speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into prepared pie pan.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool.
