Cabbage Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    2 cans stewed tomatoes (optional)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    In skillet, cook meat, onion and bell pepper until done.
    Pour off grease.
    In large pan, cook chopped cabbage and tomatoes until done.
    Combine all; add Cheddar cheese soup.
    Cook slowly, stirring frequently, an hour or more.
