Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. cooked shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    Fry chopped bacon until crisp; remove from fat.
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in bacon drippings until tender.
    Remove vegetables.
