Jambalya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can tomato soup
    2/3 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, green pepper, onion and garlic in large skillet and saute until beef is brown.
    Combine with remaining ingredients into large casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
