Cranberry Fruited Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jello strawberry flavor gelatin, 4 serving size
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
    2 oranges, sectioned and drained
    1/2 c. seeded halved green grapes
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cranberry juice cocktail.
    Pour about 1 cup of the gelatin mixture into mold and chill until slightly thickened.
    Arrange some of the orange sections and grapes in a decorative pattern on the gelatin, pressing down gently.
    Chill until set, but not firm.
    Meanwhile, chill remaining gelatin until thickened. Dice remaining orange sections and cut grapes in half.
    Stir into thickened gelatin. Spoon into mold.
    Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
    Unmold. Garnish with sugared grapes and orange slices, if desired.
    Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
