Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. red kidney beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
    dash of pepper
    3 whole cloves
    1 bay leaf
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and green pepper in oil.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Add beans and heat well.
