Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 c. sliced peeled apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 pie crusts (deep dish)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Toss with apples and lemon juice.
    Place apples in crust and dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and put margarine on top.
