Layered Cream Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. unsalted butter or shortening
    6 Tbsp. honey
    3 eggs
    6 Tbsp. milk
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter or shortening in large mixing bowl.
    Add honey, eggs and milk and mix well.
    Work in dry ingredients with hands, kneading well until smooth.
    Divide into 4 parts.
    Roll each part out to fit a 10 x 13-inch cookie sheet with no sides, or inverted cookie sheets.
    Bake on ungreased sheets at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Before cooling, run a long knife under it to loosen from pan.
    Cool.
