    2 c. fat-free half and half

    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. linguine pasta
    1 (9 to 10 oz.) bag baby spinach, uncooked
    1 (12 oz.) bag frozen peeled and cleaned raw extra-large shrimp, thawed
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 pt. grape tomatoes
