Hot Sausage And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    3 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. water
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Remove sausage from casings.
    Cook in large skillet.
    Break up meat with fork until no longer pink.
    Drain fat.
    Spoon sausage into large bowl; cool completely.
    Add cheese, biscuit mix and water with a fork until blended.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on large cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and brown.
