Hot Peppers And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 pt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 gal. hot peppers, waxed
    4 lb. wieners
Preparation
    Wash peppers, remove seeds.
    Slice round (using rubber gloves).
    Slice wieners into chunks.
    In large kettle, combine catsup, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic.
    Bring to boil.
    Add peppers and wieners; return to boiling again Cook for 10 minutes. Pack into hot jars.
    Process in hot water bath for 10 to 15 minutes.
