Stuffed Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts (10 oz. each)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef or leftover shreds of corned beef
    1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    salt
Preparation
    Cook sprouts in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.
    Cool in cold water.
    Drain well.
    Beat cream cheese, adding milk.
    Add shredded corned beef and horseradish.
    Mix well.
    Cut a wedge out of each sprout.
    Stuff opening with cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Run a toothpick through each sprout and arrange on platter. Serves 30.
