Kaiserschmarren(Austrian Puff Pancake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
salt
4 eggs, separated
3/4 stick butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
raisins
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix the flour with the milk.
Add a pinch of salt and 4 eggs yolks (reserve the whites).
Melt the butter in a skillet and add to the flour-milk mixture.
Mix well. Pour the mixture into the skillet.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar.
Fold this into the batter.
Sprinkle raisins on top.
Put skillet in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
Cut into pie-shaped pieces and serve with a fruit compote.
