Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    jumbo stuffing shells
    16 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 (28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cook shells and drain.
    Mix together cheeses, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Place 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish.
    Stuff shells with cheese mixture and place in dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
