Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix eggs with milk.
    Combine all ingredients and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
