Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, sliced thin
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 large can mushrooms
    garlic salt to taste
    herb pepper to taste
    1 large carton sour cream
    sherry to taste
    1 (8 oz.) bag noodles
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion, pepper and mushrooms until meat browns. Add garlic salt and herb pepper.
    Add mushroom soup and bouillon cube.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Add sour cream and sherry to beef mixture.
    Combine noodles and beef mixture.
    May be placed in a casserole at 200\u00b0 to keep warm.
