Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can roast beef hash
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
4 large English muffins, split and buttered
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced natural sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients; spread to edge of muffin half.
Top with cheese slices.
Broil as far from heat as possible until cheese melts and pizza is bubbly hot.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
