Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 small onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
    7 oz. pkg. vermicelli
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 can English peas, drained
    chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken with onion and seasonings.
    Cool, debone and chop. Cook pasta in broth from chicken; drain.
    Add Velveeta, English peas, drained mushrooms and undrained Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Add chicken.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
