Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. young greens (spinach)
2 large ribs celery, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. radishes, sliced
2 scallions, sliced
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1 1/2 c. light mayo
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place greens in the bottom of large glass bowl. Add celery, radishes, scallions, bacon and peas in individual layers. Carefully spread mayo over peas, completely covering the top and sealing to the edge of the bowl. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover salad tightly and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
