Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small chicken
1 small onion and onion tops
1 tomato
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put chicken in a good size pot.
Add enough water to cover. Simmer slowly over a small fire to draw out as much of the juices as possible.
Add onion, salt and tomato, then cook again until these are tender.
When ready the flesh will fall of the bones. Serve hot.
