Apple-Cinnamon Snack Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apple-cinnamon cereal
    2 c. pecans
    1 c. hickory flavored almonds
    1 c. chow mein noodles
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients and spread on a greased baking sheet.
    In a small mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over dry ingredients, stirring to coat well.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring frequently to break apart.
    Pour onto waxed paper to cool.
