Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All.
    Drain and slice or chop water chestnuts. Place vegetables and chestnuts into a 3-quart mixing bowl.
    Add chicken soup, onion, celery and mayonnaise; mix well.
    Pour into a 2 or 3-quart casserole.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until bubbly and cracker crumbs are medium brown.
