Macaroni Cheese Bake(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated skimmed milk
    1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1 c. cooked macaroni
    2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine evaporated milk and dry milk; heat over low heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Counts as 1 milk, 1 1/2 fats, 1 bread and 1 protein.
    Makes 2 servings.
