Hot Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked beef or pork
1 1/2 c. meat stock
1 garlic clove, minced
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 c. pitted ripe olives
1/2 tsp. ground comino seed
1 lb. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Grind meat, then mix with meat stock, garlic, onion, chili powder, comino and salt to taste.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Stir in olives. Make a stiff mush by scalding cornmeal with boiling water and 1 tablespoon of salt.
