Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 12 muffin cups.
Cream together butter and sugar in large bowl.
Peel ripe bananas and mash until no lumps remain.
Blend egg into creamed sugar/butter mixture and then mix mashed bananas.
