Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) box chopped broccoli
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    extra mushrooms (optional)
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Saute broccoli and onion in 1/4 cup butter for 10 minutes. Combine soup, water and rice.
    Add broccoli mix.
    Stir in pieces of cheese.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0; stir before serving.
