Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 large can peeled tomatoes, cut up
3 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small can tomato paste
Preparation

In Dutch oven, put ground chuck, onion, green pepper and celery on medium heat, stirring constantly, until meat is browned. Add cut up tomatoes, chili powder, tomato paste and sugar.
Mix well.
Let mixture come to a boil. Turn stove on low and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add kidney beans and cook 15 minutes longer.
Stir to mix well.
Remove from heat and serve over rice.
