Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 stick butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 medium size onion
    8 Ritz crackers
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in salted water until tender; drain.
    Add grated cheese and butter.
    Add beaten egg and milk.
    Add crushed crackers.
    Pour in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
