Pumpkin Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan or muffin pan.
Stir together all ingredients; mix well, but don't overmix batter.
Bake about 45 minutes.
