Pizza Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can black olives, drained and chopped
    1 jar green olives, drained and chopped
    1 large can mushrooms, drained and chopped
    1 large onion, diced
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    tomato paste
    sourdough or English muffins
Preparation
    Shred the cheeses.
    Mix all ingredients together except tomato paste and muffins.
    Spread tomato paste on muffin halves; then spread on topping mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Topping mixture can be covered and refrigerated and used as needed.
