Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2/3 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients. Shape into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle on wax paper. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and press ends to seal. Place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Pour 2/3 cup
    tomato sauce over and bake 15 minutes longer.
