Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 large bananas, finely diced
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add frozen strawberries; stir occasionally until thawed. Add pineapple and bananas. Stir in pecans. Pour half into 8X8 inch pan; chill until firm. Spread evenly with sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin on top chill until firm. Cut into 9 squares. Top each square with 1 Tbsp. sour cream.
