Unfried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned (2 1/2 lb.)
    4 whole chicken legs, skinned (2 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    In shallow dish, mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk and coat with crumb mixture. Place in single layer in shallow roasting pan.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Per Serving:
    235 calories, 39 g protein, 6 g carbohydrate, 5 g fat, 121 mg cholesterol and 317 mg sodium.
