Company Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
3 bananas
3 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. juice from pineapple
pecans
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 3 cups of hot water.
Let cool.
Add drained pineapple, chopped bananas and marshmallows and nuts.
Let gel.
Combine sugar, juice from pineapple, flour and egg and cook until thick.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Fold in cooked mixture; spread on Jell-O and cover with grated cheese.
