Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed cheese (I use sharp cheese)
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
In skillet, melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk, all at once.
Stir until thick and bubbly.
Pour over cooked macaroni.
Stir in cheese and mix together well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Add slices of butter on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This dish is even better when reheated and served the next day.
I usually separate the macaroni with a fork slightly; add a little more butter and microwave until warm.
