Orange Refrigerator Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (12 oz.) pkg. small curd cottage cheese
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Sprinkle dry gelatin over cottage cheese.
Drain oranges and pineapple and add them to cottage cheese mixture.
Stir gently to mix well.
Fold in whipped topping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
