Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bran cereal
2/3 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Combine cereal and milk; set aside.
Grease muffin pan. Mix together dry
ingredients.
Cut in shortening until coarse crumbs form.
Stir
eggs
into
cereal
mixture and add to dry ingredients until moistened.
Pour
into muffin cups.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
