Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. fresh strawberries
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine strawberries
and
sugar;
let
stand
2 hours. Drain off juice and add
water to it to make 2 cups of liquid. Blend in cornstarch
and
cook
over low heat until thickened. Mix with strawberries;
cool.
Put
into
baked
pie
crust or graham cracker crust pie shell and serve with whipped cream.
