Jessie'S Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato, quartered, sliced very thin
    1 small onion, cut into thin strips
    1 green tomato, quartered, sliced thin
    2 or 3 okra, sliced thin
    1 small squash, sliced thin
Preparation
    Coat in meal with a little flour added.
    Cook in oil on medium to high heat.
    Stir regular.
    Do not overcook.
    May also add hot pepper.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
