Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/3 lb. baked ham, finely diced
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1/3 c. chopped scallion stalks
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
    1/2 c. frozen tiny peas, thawed
    1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
Preparation
    Place the eggs, scallions, ginger, garlic, rice, salt, sugar, soy sauce, ham and peas in small containers or on paper plates near the cooking area.
