Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    1/2 stock celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3/4 bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour over roast. Cover and bake 6 hours at 350\u00b0. After cooked, shred meat with 2 forks. Serve with hard rolls. Also good over rice.
