Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. oil or drippings
    1 clove garlic
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Spanish onion, sliced fine
    1 lb. ground meat, beef
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    1 c. thick tomato puree
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1/4 lb. grated Italian cheese
    1 lb. spaghetti noodles
Preparation
    Heat oil or fat in large skillet.
    Add finely chopped garlic, green pepper and onion.
    Cook without browning 5 minutes.
    Add ground beef; mix well and cook on high heat until lightly brown. Add tomato paste, tomato puree and boiling water.
    Simmer 1 hour or longer (if desired).
    Add seasonings last 15 minutes of cooking.
    Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
