Strawberry Jello Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
    1 small can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    1 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the Jell-O, pineapple and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool to cold (not stiff).
    Whip evaporated milk (I use Pet milk) which has been chilled in fridge.
    Fold in Jell-O mixture.
    Place on cold, baked pie shell or graham cracker crust. Swirl top.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small pies.
    Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
