Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant, use dry)
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (13 to 20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained but keep 3 Tbsp. of juice
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix well the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, butter, egg and milk and pour into a pie dish.
    Place peaches over batter.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
    Spread on top of peaches.
    Leave 1-inch from the edge.
    Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
